By creating an account, accessing, or using LoomInn ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at loominn.com, you ("User," "you") agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

LoomInn is currently operated as an independent project. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LoomInn.

LoomInn is an online platform that enables creators, developers, and professionals to publish posts, join topic-based channels, discover projects, follow other users, and engage with a community of like-minded individuals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@loominn.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use LoomInn. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or submit to LoomInn ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant LoomInn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post the content.
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Your content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

We do not pre-screen User Content but reserve the right to remove any content that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data from the Platform without our written consent.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the LoomInn name, logo, design, and software — are owned by LoomInn and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless applicable law prohibits these restrictions or you have our written permission.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by LoomInn. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@loominn.com.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOOMINN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOOMINN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the Platform.
